  I am a local and have given this bakery more than 3 chances and everytime it's horrible. Today, the Carrot cake was the worst ever. Dry and old. The bread for my sandwich was so stale I through it away. What a waste of money. I won't be going back.

  Pies left outside overnite in fenced enclosure. Gross, exposed to rats or whatever. I mean outside as in the back road facing the blind channel.

  Nice coffee and amazing baked goods - the cookies are huge & there are 3-4 choices. It's also great to see (talk to) the "locals" who show up each week for their meetup! Very friendly people!

  Lovely bakery with wholesome baked goods and some squares. Cinnamon buns looked good, but probably shouldn't have gone with the egg nog nanaimo bar (and a little confused as to why the worker had no idea what I wanted when I just read the sign...)
